30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Hegerbaby, we stand behind the safety, quality, and effectiveness of every product we offer. That’s why we provide a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased from hegerbaby.com or our authorized partners.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date

  • Refunds or exchanges apply only to the original end-user purchaser

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Unauthorized returns (items sent back without prior approval) will not be accepted

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging are not eligible

  • Exchanges are allowed based on stock availability; if unavailable, a refund will be processed instead


Return Shipping & Handling

Customer-Initiated Returns:

If the return is due to a personal reason (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order, product not suitable), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
In addition, Hegerbaby will deduct the actual outbound shipping and handling cost we incurred to ship the original order. This amount depends on destination, shipping weight, and courier service, and may exceed ₱500 in certain cases.

Note: We do not profit from shipping deductions and can provide courier receipts upon request.

Hegerbaby-Responsible Returns:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged in transit, defective product), we will cover all shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement — no extra fees.

All returns must be authorized in advance. Return address and instructions will be provided upon approval.


How to Make a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a Request:
    Contact us at support@hegerbaby.com with your order number, date of purchase, item(s) for return, and reason.

  2. Receive Authorization:
    We’ll send return authorization and our warehouse return address within 48 hours.

  3. Ship the Package:
    Carefully pack the item(s) and ship to the provided address. Include tracking number and courier name after dispatch.

    Unapproved returns or COD (cash-on-delivery) shipments will be refused.

  4. Receive Refund or Exchange:

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

    • Exchanges ship within 3 business days upon confirmation of available stock.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once an order has shipped or a tracking number has been created, cancellation is no longer available.

  • If warehouse processing has already begun (e.g., label creation), a small handling fee may apply.


Missing or Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages for faster delivery.
If you think an item is missing, please check all tracking numbers first.
If confirmed missing and shipping insurance was purchased, we’ll resend the item at no additional cost.


Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s). The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
